Xfinity Mobile eSIM Service Enhancement and Transfer Integration
Addressing the need for seamless troubleshooting, activation, and service transfers within Comcast's Xfinity Mobile, our project focused on optimizing agent support for devices featuring dual SIM capabilities (eSIM and physical SIM). Our team aimed to streamline the agent experience by enhancing and consolidating existing processes. This involved refining eSIM activation troubleshooting and integrating a transfer mechanism from another Comcast product to facilitate smooth cellular service transitions between devices.
